A Caribbean flavoured Rum, complemented by Nata de Coco.

Based on Caribbean Rum yet combined with the tantalizing experience of Nata de Coco, San Lyon is born!

According to legend, deep in the Amazon, an alcoholic spirit was brewed from the wisdom of the indigenous people. For them the brewing task was an enjoyable one where ingredients were cooked, chewed and fermented.

There was a sense of community as they gathered around the pot each to take their turn in influencing the final result.

The passion and adventure this spirit invigorated has been captured and reinvented by San Lyon for us all to taste the richness of tropical influences from around the world.

Nata de Coco giving your drink that extra dimension.

Nowadays, most beverages are predominantly a fluid experience. But we wanted to take it back to the drinking style of the ancient tribes, who really knew how to reap the fruits of their labour.

That meant the mouth needed another element other than simply just drinking. Which is why we introduced Nata de Coco.

A unique Asian specialty that is made with fermented coconut water and usually eaten as a dessert, Nata de Coco is the perfect ingredient for this.

After days of fermentation, it transforms into a jelly-like substance with a soft, chewy, and gelatinous texture.
